After visiting CBS studios the other day, my friend Marielle and I headed to another L.A. staple, The Grove at the original Farmer’s Market. In addition to the shopping, it’s known for being the former home of TV show Access Hollywood and the frequent celebrity sightings.
I still remember living in this very same neighborhood before The Grove was even built in 2002. My childhood home was nearby the Fairfax District and my parents would bring me here when only the Farmer’s Market section existed for tasty eats and to peruse the local vendors’ crafts.
The weather was beautiful last week, so Marielle and I took full advantage of basking in the warm L.A. sun while snapping a few pics among the L.A. scenery.
We had a great time out west for the week, but it’s time to get back to our lives in the Big Apple. Even if I’m having fun elsewhere, I just can’t stay away from NYC for too long.
So long for now L.A. It’s been real!
