I was having a rough hair day on Friday, but I refused to let that cut into my Friday night plans with the girls. So I pulled out my old Fanm Djanm headwrap and did a quick but stunning headpiece that turned heads all night long.
If you’re wondering how I created this style, Paola, the founder of the Fanm Djanm headwrap line, did a tutorial just for you. Take a look!
One thing I will note about this style is that the right fabric is ev-er-y-thing. The fabric Paola uses in her Fanm Djanm line is African fabric, stiffer than the fabric in your everyday scarf from say Forever 21. I’d definitely recommend purchasing a true african fabric headwrap if you’re interested in testing out one of these many fun headwrap styles.
