It’s not even mid-January yet and I’m already over the cold. While we’ve been blessed with some mild days over the past month here in NYC, there’s also been ones cold enough to make my hands and toes feel like they’re gonna fall right off. One thing I’m not willing to do, despite the cold, is loose my sense of style in the name of warmth.
I love to wear skirts and dresses year-round, including when temps dip below freezing (like today). And thanks to God’s gift to women in winter months, I still can. Fleece-lined tights are pretty much the best things ever for stylish women in cold climates.
These things are SOOO friggin warm. Seriously. I’m warmer in these tights and a skirt than I am in a pair of jeans alone on a frigid day. Despite their stay-warm qualities, they’re also thin enough to even pair with pumps or high heels. Fashion and function. I love them!
